As we step into each new year, we like to pause, listen, and reflect on the past 12 months of life and ministry. In doing this, we see God’s hand and we are overwhelmed with gratitude for all He has done. Also, our hearts overflow with thankfulness for you, our Victory Church family. Aside from it being God’s will and grace, anything accomplished through Victory was largely due to your commitment to your faith—and your support and generosity.

A Look At 2022….

Christmas Gift to The World

Our annual Christmas Gift to the World offering brought in a phenomenal $840,000! This amazing gift went directly toward our recipients Tackle the Shackles and Projects for Progress. Through Christmas Gift to the World, Tackle the Shackles will be able to establish a new center for prisoner rehabilitation by creating a home that embodies the love of Jesus and provides living spaces, training and coaching to help former prisoners as they transition back into society. Your giving also went to help Jace and Sarah Rabe of Projects for Progress to help build churches, make disciples, and plant the Gospel in an area that is predominantly Muslim in Benin, West Africa.

In 2022, we had the opportunity to share the Gospel and impact real change in West Africa and right here in the U.S. Over the years, we’ve given more than $83 million to advance the Kingdom. Let’s keep it going and give our very best! Thank you for giving as the Lord leads you.

Impacting Nations

We’re committed to reaching beyond the four walls and into the needs of our nation and the world. Your contributions to the Heart of the House initiative have enabled us to take part in many world-changing projects.

Impact Through International Missions

Ukraine Relief: We supported the Ukraine relief effort, giving a total of $475,000 which accomplished the distribution of 500 tons of food, 10 rescue vehicles, 5,000 nights for displaced people, 8,000 people delivered to safety and 2 churches planted.

Mission Trips: The body of Victory served in many nations through short-term mission trips in 2022, including Mexico, Angola, Philippines, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua, Budapest and Vienna! We’ve announced (16) mission trips for 2023!

For His Children: In partnership with For His Children, we sowed into the infrastructure modifications that were necessary to help wheelchair-bound children access various areas of the orphanage in Ecuador.

Full Gospel India: In partnership with Full Gospel India, we helped repair an orphanage in India to prevent the government from closing its doors.

Embrace Grace: In partnership with Embrace Grace, we helped three churches launch support groups for single moms.

Victory Supported Ministries: We support 48 international missionaries planted within 39 nations.

Impact Through Community Transformation

Local Schools: We partnered with local schools to create outdoor classrooms with the help of small groups and Victory Home Services called the Garden Project Partnership. Victory has also had the chance to show gratitude by bringing coffee and donuts to spread encouragement during in-service days at some of our local schools.

Family Outreaches: Hosted local outreaches in Clarkston, Ga which included a Literacy Program Party. We were also able to partner with Jambos to pack pajamas as well as pass out waters while praying for local communities in various parks.

Jambos: Helped to pack pajamas to go to orphans from Ukraine as well as hosting a pajama drive in partnership with 050.  Sponsored the Jambos / CFA Jammy Jog as well as donated money to help outfit their new warehouse.

Community Transformation Expo: Hosted the first expo at Victory to showcase local outreaches and serving opportunities that are available impact our local communities.

Back to School Giveaway: Conducted a giveaway leading into the school season that allowed foster families to receive bookbags and supplies for their children.   

Crisis Response Trip: Sent a team to Gasparilla, Florida in November 2022 to provide relief in the after math of Hurricane Ian.

The Haven at Hebron: Financially and prayer supported this ministry as they broke ground for the new housing coming in 2023. 

Diaper Drive: Provided diapers and essentials for our pregnancy resource centers and coops after Roe v Wade.

Assisted Living / Nursing Home: Helped to provide therapy dogs in the memory care units that are nursing homes.

Victory Home Services: Made minor repairs to several homes as well as light landscape work for low income seniors

Extended Stay Outreach: Provided Christmas service and gift giving at local extended stay for families in need.

Home of Hope: Helped with upgrades and renovations as well as planted a garden for the families and staff to enjoy. 

Thanksgiving Meals: Partnered with Mending the Gap to bless shut-in seniors with Thanksgiving meals.

Out of Darkness: We’ve aided in adding music on mp3 players for women in trauma therapy.

Prison Ministry (Men & Women): First service hosted in the building since the pandemic.

Obria: Provided funding to help expand building to offer care to more women. 

Food Drive: Set-up neighboring series food drive to serve the community.
