The number one way that Jesus influenced people wasn’t through His gifts; it was through His character — His integrity. The level of integrity we have represents who we really are. When we are integral people, we live the same lives privately as we do publicly. To be people of influence, we must have people’s trust — that includes trusting ourselves. Integrity is the key for people to follow us, but also for us to feel confident and secure in who we were created to be. It’s never too late to start.
