Elevate is an Adopt-A-Block street evangelism ministry based in Gwinnett County – transforming community one block at a time! Elevate is about being a bridge to the lost and sharing the good news with Gwinnett communities. Our philosophy is to “find a need and fill it!” Events include: summer cookouts, back-to-school drives, Thanksgiving food distribution and Christmas events. For more information, click here.
