Small Group Leader Interest

God is doing some exciting new things here at Victory, and we want you to be in on it! We were made to do life together — for wise counsel and relationship as we walk through life. Do you want to build new friendships? Are you comfortable with facilitating conversations in a group setting? Maybe leading a Small Group is for you!

We’ve prepared discussion content for the upcoming series in the 10 book to assist our leaders, so you won’t have to worry about coming up with your own or having all the answers. If you’re interested in learning more about helping us for a season and being a part of the bigger vision of what God is doing, complete the interest form and someone will be in contact with you!

LEADER QUALIFICATIONS

• 11-week commitment
• Be a tithing member
• Submit a background check

Please note: You will be asked to provide information about the group you would like to lead.

ONLINE GROUPS

Online Small Groups at Victory provides the opportunity for you to help build community wherever you are. We are planning on launching pilot online-based small groups. Meetings will be held via a shared online platform that allows for interactivity and connection. Each group would ideally consist of up to 12-15 members that meet on a consistent schedule, determined by the online leader/host. If you are interested in leading one of these pilot groups, please complete the online form below and designate “online” as your group format.
